I just finished my art. And my right arm currently hurts like hell. ALL BECAUSE OF THE LAST FEW BOXES OF THE SHADING THING. :/.
Ok I shall recount today!
First lesson, we had BIO!!!
SO FUN!! MICROSCOPE!!!
I destroyed 2 onion epidemal layers before succeeding on applying the iodine and putting the cover slide onto the specimen. D:. Thanks charmaine for giving me yours!:D
I very ben shou ben jiao one.
But the end result was good! IT WAS DAMN CLEAR LIKE HELL OK.
Considering the last microscope experiment I did(with mr chan during P5(:), this is quite a good thing!
The last time I used the microscope I couldn't see anything except for some squiggly stuff which turned out to be the dust on the stage. I don't think I dyed the cheek cells enough D:
AND I ACTUALLY DREW THAT FOR MY WORKSHEET.
That was stupid.
Ok. Back to the present. I wish I could have taken a photo of those cells(: so cute de. But kinda freaky when you're adjusting adjusting and then suddenly all the cells come into focus. Gave me a shock in fact.
Unfortunately I couldn't get the largest magnification lens to work with my specimen. I just see dots. D:. Nevermind.
Or else maybe I'll be able to see other stuff? Like chloroplast? Not vacuole. I couldn't see it with the 40 magnification lens. And it's even larger than the nucleus in a plant cell, well, supposedly.
Then Ms Lye was bouncing around the lab(: she was checking the view of the specimen in people's microscopes(that's the best way I can phrase it, I suck at LA). She kept on saying "SUI!" whenever she sees a really good one. Charmaine's one was like ZOMG SO PRO. So bigggggggg!!! Mrs Lye say can use for picture reference during exam le. @_@. Can be teacher's personal maker of the pictures of microscopic stuff LOL. Charmaine if you are reading this, DO NOT KILL ME I'm just kidding!:D
So we did the worksheet etc.
Then it was LA.
We were late for LA again and then Mr Kaw was standing outside the classroom to ying jie us. LOL.
LA class was damn funny sia. Mr Kaw talked about his "non-existent holiday".
Based on what he said(might not be correct arh):
"Well my holiday started off with the parent and teacher meeting. So I spent half the day dishing out report books and consoling your very traumatised parents. Some of your parents actually came over to catch me. *Blah blah blah about parents saying daughter standard dropped etc*. So I showed them the average mark and they kind of got it. So that's the very sad starting of my holiday."
*The next part is really really funny*
"Then I got dragged off to Korea. Some of you here *surveys us* are fan of Korean dramas right? Well and the Nanyang girls are crazy over Korean drama. And you should know, when 8 fans of Korean drama goes to Korea the homeland of Korean drama, the result equals to me dying. Well, when we're on the bus, we passed by this village place, and then they were going, 'OH THIS IS WHERE THEY FILMED
大长今!' and then the tour guide said 'you all know?' and then the girl was 'OH YES' and then scene re-enacting. *Same thing for another place where they filmed

"There was another female teacher from Nanyang whom I won't name with us, and she also happens to be a big fan of Korean drama. We were walking along this crowded subway tunnel during rush hour, and we saw a poster of this Korean actor whom I don't know the name, and then I had to take picture for the female teacher whom I won't name with the poster for EIGHT TIMES. Well, Korean-drama-crazy nanyang girls plus another Korean-drama crazy teacher in Korea, you would have guessed how I felt. I was totally exhausted to the limit."
*Class laughing like hell*
"And then I went to *another place, cant rmb this whole chunk*...*blah blah blah*"
"When I came back to Singapore, it's time for Staff meeting. I had to think up of ways to comment on 109's performance during Language Arts class. blah blah blah..."
"*conclusion, forgot what is it*"
LOL.
Then it's lesson and we were comparing Mildred D. Taylor and Ken Saro-Wiwa.
Boring. I was reading the short story "Full-stop" throughout the lesson. Hehheh.
Well next was PE.
The teacher was like damn fierce.
3 people got reprimanded during PE. I count myself within that number.
In chronological order:
1. Shi Chen
2. Me
3. Jin Cheng
Stupid.
Shi Chen got a lecture because she couldn't take PE because she had stomachaches. Poor thing. THEN SHE KENNA LECTURE LEH. -.-"
Is there a reason to lecture someone who's sick and couldn't take PE??? NO RIGHT.
Then for me. It's also super unfair kay. She was talking talking there and I couldn't catch a word of what she's saying. She was so soft larh! And I was right at the back but unfortunately in the full view of her. Wth. Then I looked away for like two seconds. THEN SHE GO LECTURE ME. About eye-contact and stuff. TWO SECONDS. -.-"
Then. Jincheng kenna because she looked sleepy(that's how she ALMOST ALWAYS look btw). She was like talking to her after lesson etc etc etc.

I have got a bad impression of the teacher.
I shan't blog about PE that much. I wanna forget about it -.-"
And man during lesson that time she was so soft I couldn't almost catch her words on lecturing me. But it's about eye contact, I do know that much.
Then was break. VERY SHUANG. No long queue!!!:D

Ok. After this was FPS. Okok larh. At least the teach didn't kill us when we didn't come up with enough problems.
Then lunch. Dizi prac. 20 minutes pass so quickly -.-

There were two teachers in the classroom leh. I bet she's a MOE inspector or something. Maybe that's because why ji lao shi was being extra nice during lesson, extra humourous and all. -.-.

Super boring.
But ji lao shi made it fun enough not to hate it(: Actually quite easy leh.
Then had this tao lun thingo.
Because of the mercy of the other group members, I AM FORCED TO PRESENT.
Ji lao shi's being very redundant about changing groups. Well it went like this. When she said she wanted us to tao lun and present, Ashley was like, Shi jia Shi jia Shi jia. Then she was like "
诗佳什么？还没开始讨论你就开始诗佳了" Then she changed groups.
NO DIFFERENCE DUH.

Well I was pushed on stage by some EXCEEDINGLY kind people.
Well you've guessed.
I WAS SUPER NERVOUS.
Well and when I'm nervous I tend to not string my sentences together very perfectly.
And I get nervous VERY EASILY.
And that's why my oral presentation sucks to the core.
And I talked super fast in the beginning(??? I WAS JUST TALKING AT NORMAL SPEED SIAH.) Ji lao shi was like, "Huh
什么？赞成还是不赞成？"After I said my first sentence. DO I REALLY TALK THAT FAST?!?!??!?!
Gawd. I've discovered something about me today.
That I've got the ability to talk very quickly!
But
惭愧, I can't really
顾及 my pronounciation. And it's even harder to do that when you're nervous.

I can't understand why people can do so well in languages.
I suck at languages.
And I get the chills while looking at them. Except chinese duh(: <3 chinese(:

He hasn't changed at all! He's the same old grandad that I used to know! But I'd hope he's changed for the better. His temper in fact.
Well he didn't lose his temper at me today.(:
Some teachers can be so fake. PLEASE LARH DO YOU ONLY DO YOUR BEST WHEN INSPECTORS ARE AROUND?!?!?!难道那些高官贵族才是人我们学生就不是人了啊？没有搞错！Sheesh.
OMG I JUST REMEMBERED I STILL HAVE TO READ THE KE WEN!!! Die. Still have Math SIA. Sheesh.
