-The story below is not related to religion at all, and it is just a story. I'm not trying to be a heretic or anything like that-

Before God sent the creatures he created down to the world, he called each of them forth to receive his blessing. The creatures came forth, one by one, and lastly came Man.

When Man faced God, God did not give him a blessing. Instead, he took a sword from his side, and put three cuts on Man's pumping heart. Man flinched, but the cuts healed instantly, leaving three scars.

God said, "I give you these scars, to direct you on the right path; for you are special, and you cannot be good unless you experience the lure of evil. The scars serve as a warning - it will twinge when you are about to commit evil, and will continue to hurt if you resist its call. But fear not - one day it will be healed, for you would not need it anymore."

Man nodded, and the angels opened the gateway to the mortal world.
